QA Tester

We are a fast growing and dynamic international company with a young and dedicated multicultural team. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to perform various tests of features and functions on the web and mobile apps, document and report bugs, and manage tasks for the test team.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in an IT-related subject preferred
• At least 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience on enterprise and mobile software solutions
• Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks
• Experience creating clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases
• Strong programming knowledge
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications
• Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
• A good understanding of business processes
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensuring the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly
• A creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of software and IT systems
• Expertise in database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication
