We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Westchester Village, a 5-star senior living community. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for pre-admission assessment of referrals, discharge planning, and advocating for resident centered/directed care.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school and be currently licensed RN or LPN in the state in which applying without encumbrance
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Prefer 2 years of experience working in a geriatric setting
