Director of Laboratory Services

The Director of Laboratory Services is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the laboratory services department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing laboratory operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and handle complex situations.
