Job Description
The Lab Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, developing standard operating procedures for lab operations, and acting as a liaison between the team of technicians. The supervisor will oversee the workflow, monitor, direct, and coordinate all functions of Laboratory Services provided at Gove County Medical Center.
Requirements
- Must have a BS degree or a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) license.
- Must have three (3) years of experience in high complexity testing.
- Must be BLS certified.
