Game Designer

Pixion's remotely distributed team is searching for an experienced Game Designer to develop Fableborne, a hybrid midcore mobile game that blends base building with ARPG raiding. The successful candidate will design and balance game systems, economy, and monetization features, and shape the game's competitive systems.

Requirements

• Design and balance game systems, economy, and monetization features
• Shape the game's competitive systems
• Collaborate with the product team to design and implement cross-platform virtual bundles, pricing strategies, and in-app purchases
• Monitor the game's core KPIs, economy balance, liveops performance, and recommend hypotheses to optimize high-impact KPIs
• Analyze data, document hypotheses, design experiments, and measure results to learn autonomously
