We're looking for a hands-on UA Manager to scale our mobile app subscriber base and drive sustainable growth at Pixlr, a leading photo editing platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, ideally within subscription-based apps (iOS-focused).
- Proven hands-on management of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong knowledge of attribution in a privacy-first environment, including SKAdNetwork and MMPs.
- Understanding of subscription growth levers (free trials, paywalls, retention, CAC payback).
- Creative yet data-driven, with experience briefing, testing, and iterating on ad concepts.
- Fast executor with strong ownership mentality and clear communication skills.
