Analyst, Strategy

The Strategy Analyst will be a key member of our team, partnering with senior leaders to ensure our strategies are executed effectively. This role requires a blend of analytical, project management, and communication skills to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Build data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions.
• Maintain performance trackers and reports for ongoing initiatives.
• Support end-to-end execution of strategic projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Develop clear, engaging presentations and materials for leadership discussions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations through strategic storytelling.
• Provide thought partnership to senior leaders on tactical and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture; sharing feedback and ideas that help evolve team systems and ways of working.
