Director, Mergers and Acquisitions

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions will lead the M&A team in driving Pizza Hut's growth agenda by identifying and executing organic and inorganic growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction execution and the ability to influence at senior levels.

Requirements

• Develop a holistic, long-term M&A & deal strategy
• Lead, support and/or coordinate key aspects of deal sourcing and execution
• Collaborate with local market leaders to develop and pressure-test development agreements
• Liaise with Pizza Hut's legal team to identify, assess, and solve potential legal considerations
• Coach, mentor and serve as a positive role model for junior M&A team members
• Improve and formalize current processes and decision-making approach
