Director, Mergers and Acquisitions

We are looking for a high-impact Director of Mergers and Acquisitions to drive growth agenda for Pizza Hut, identifying and executing organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Develop a holistic, long-term M&A & deal strategy
• Lead, support and/or coordinate key aspects of deal sourcing and execution
• Collaborate closely with local market leaders to develop and pressure-test development agreements
• Liaise with Pizza Hut's legal team to identify, assess, and solve potential legal considerations
• Coach, mentor and serve as a positive role model for junior team members
• Improve and formalize current processes and decision-making approach
