Job Description
The Franchise Operations Partner is a critical thought partner and operational leader for Pizza Hut franchisees, focused on strengthening restaurant operations to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of franchisee businesses, operating models, and regional dynamics.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees.
- Influence franchisee senior leadership toward consistent execution of Pizza Hut operational standards and priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop Operations Advisors.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions that improve restaurant performance.
