Requirements
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid drivers' license
- Willingness to learn and retain production methods and Company policies
- Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Good Customer relations and skills
- Solid Carpentry Skills and basic hand tool knowledge
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position
- Ability to works extended hours
- Ability to motivate others
