Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in home repair or related fields
• Familiarity with various home systems, including roofing, siding, windows, and doors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and practices in home repair
