Job Description
Lead Bath Installer oversees the installation of acrylic baths and showers, supervises and trains apprentices, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
