Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst or Associate to join our rapidly growing M&A advisory practice. As an Analyst / Associate at PKF Investment Banking, you will assume significant responsibilities related to pitching for and executing middle-market sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for a diverse group of industries.
Requirements
- Assist in the preparation of financial and valuation models and other key financial analyses
- Support the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and other marketing documents
- Conduct industry research to identify key trends, potential buyers, and acquisition targets
- Facilitate due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams, other advisors, and clients
- Coordinate and manage various aspects of deal execution from origination to closure
- Assist senior bankers in their business development efforts and support all aspects of the transaction process
