Job Description
PKF Investment Banking is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our M&A advisory practice. As a Vice President, you will assume significant responsibilities related to pitching for and executing middle-market sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
Requirements
- Ability to independently lead M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Series 79 and 63 licenses
