On a daily basis, the Customer Advisor actively sells and promotes products and services of our bank group, executes cash and/or card transactions, supports customers in using modern tools and internet and mobile banking, builds and maintains long-term relationships with customers, and provides customers with professional support at every stage of their work.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, telemarketing or customer service

• Secondary or higher education
