Requirements
- Higher education in law, technology, or banking
- Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Banking Law, KNF Recommendations, and the Regulation on Operational Digital Resilience (DORA)
- At least 10 years of experience in managing project teams, audit, risk, or IT
- At least 5 years of experience working in the banking or insurance sector
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the areas of risk, audit, or IT
- Experience in managing a team and developing employee competencies
- Communicative, responsible, reliable, and able to work in a team
- Knowledge of IT risk, cybersecurity, and operational risk issues
- Knowledge of information security, business continuity management, and crisis management issues in the financial sector
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, physical security, and IT areas
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security standards and laws, including DORA, UKSC, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISO 22301, and NIS2
