We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide advisory support in resolving current problems related to customer service and product sales in branches, and to collaborate with the relevant mertory units of the Bank in the scope of product training for employees in the region.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, and banking
• Experience in banking in the area of basic customer or personal banking, including operations and cash accounting services
• Knowledge of bank products dedicated to individual customers and mertory issues and procedures related to this scope
• Experience in conducting workshops and public appearances (welcome)
• Ability to analyze the business environment and take action based on conclusions
• Ability to independently and in a team achieve complex tasks
