The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Team player and builder
- Possess quick thinking skills
- Good communication skills; must interact well with all levels of personnel
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Able to work overtime when required
