Job Description
Manager Category Finance, FP&A to join our team at Mondelēz Poland & Baltics. Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A as one of them, with at least 4+ years in a formal people-management role, demonstrating a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Solid commercial / FP&A finance experience and deep understanding of FMCG P&L levers, including commodity price impact.
- Fluency in English and Polish
