As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to guests, fostering a cohesive work environment, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. You'll also be responsible for owning the success of company-wide initiatives, collaborating with non-property teams, and driving financial success.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role within retail, food & beverage, hospitality, multi-family or similar environment
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience of successful multi-department leadership
- Proven track record with scheduling, training and developing non-exempt employees
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships, competing priorities and time and resources proactively
