We're looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our property team in Atlanta, GA. As Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of the overall and ongoing maintenance of your property, including engineering work, maintaining inventory, and handling communications with residents and guests. This is a full-time position requiring ability to work during the week, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School or General Education Degree, or commensurate experience in maintenance/engineering
- Maintenance background in Class-A residential buildings or hotels, or similar engineering operations
- Certificate(s) in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field (preferred)
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Effective problem solver with written and verbal communications skills
- Skilled, hands-on, patient, and a strong multi-tasker
- Highly organized and able to organize tasks
- Ability to plan and execute an onsite project from start to finish
- Physically capable and available to work overtime (including weekends and evenings, as well as possible on-call shifts)
- Pleasant demeanor and ability to handle interactions with a high degree of tolerance, diplomacy, and tact
- Ability to effectively manage stressful working situations
