Brand Manager

Achieve sales targets, track sales and stock performance, collect feedback from stores, and conduct regular store and market visits to identify weaknesses and opportunities. Engage with sales teams, motivate and support staff, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines. Coordinate with marketing team to execute A&P activities and support marketing initiatives by managing in-store activations and updating visuals.

Requirements

• Achieve assigned sales targets for each account
• Track sales and stock performance through weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reports
• Collect feedback from stores to build a clear understanding of market dynamics
• Conduct regular store and market visits across the region to identify weaknesses and opportunities, and provide detailed reports
• Engage with store-level sales teams to gather insights that can enhance brand performance
• Motivate and support sales staff, propose incentive schemes, and encourage best practices
• Ensure full compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and suggest adjustments where necessary
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure A&P activities are executed in line with quarterly plans
• Support marketing initiatives by managing in-store activations, updating visuals, and ensuring timely execution
• Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and product launches
• Prepare and deliver regular sales training sessions for regional partners to ensure staff are up to date on brand and product knowledge
• Monitor competition by tracking promotional activities, new product launches, and overall performance
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices
