Job Description
Plaid is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead - GTM to lead the finance function in its Go-to-Market organization. The role involves revenue forecasting, resource allocation, performance tracking, and cross-functional partnership. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of finance experience, fluency in B2B SaaS and GTM metrics, and exceptional analytical rigor.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Finance, with a background spanning management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology company
- Deep fluency in B2B SaaS and GTM metrics
- Exceptional analytical rigor paired with sharp business judgment
- Genuine builder with a player-coach approach
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Fintech or financial services experience is a plus
