Data Governance, Quality & Enablement Lead

Plan International is seeking a Data Governance, Quality & Enablement Lead to establish, operationalise and continuously improve its data governance, data quality and analytics enablement capabilities across a global organisation.

Requirements

• Implementing and operating enterprise data governance, metadata and data quality frameworks
• Building and maintaining governance assets such as the Data Dictionary, Master Data definitions and Reporting Catalogue
• Embedding governance policies, standards and naming conventions across the data and reporting landscape
• Supporting the design and rollout of reporting frameworks, standards and roadmaps
• Producing clear, high-quality documentation to support adoption, continuity and self-service
• Driving adoption through training, communication and structured change activity
• Supporting controlled change and release management for data and reporting assets
• Contributing to the Data Governance Centre of Excellence through standards, guidance and continuous improvement
