Job Description
The Organisation is seeking a Grants Finance and Accounting Officer to support the financial stewardship of grants within our programs and projects. The role involves monitoring grant-related financial requirements, maintaining an accurate Grants Information System, and preparing financial analyses and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in grant management or financial monitoring within NGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded projects is an advantage
- Solid understanding of project processes, financial systems, and standard operating procedures
- Strong grasp of compliance frameworks and policies relevant to donor-funded programs
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft 365, and standard financial management applications
