Organisational Learning Coordinator

Plan International is seeking a proactive Learning & Capability Coordinator to support the delivery of global learning services and the continuous improvement of learning platforms. The role involves coordinating learning activities, managing digital learning systems, and providing technical support to staff across the organisation.

Requirements

• Strong coordination or administrative experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve issues
• Confident communicator, able to adapt style for different audiences
• Strong written English
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, systems and data
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 tools
• Previous experience using an LMS or HRIS (or strong willingness to learn)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience providing user support or technical guidance
• Awareness of learning approaches (e.g., 70/20/10)
