Job Description
Plan International is recruiting a Procurement Specialist to strengthen its team and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services in sufficient quantities. The Specialist will be responsible for procuring goods and services, managing procurement processes and tenders, and building relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in procurement or equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement and stock management
- Thorough knowledge of local and international procurement procedures
- Experience in acquisitions in emergency situations
- Good knowledge of donors' procurement procedures
- Ability to work in a team and prioritize workloads
- Perfect mastery of computer tools and Microsoft applications
