Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead a modern Finance function at Plancraft, a European B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Finance, leading teams and driving growth in high-growth environments. Must-haves include a proven track record of building and scaling Finance teams, AI-first mindset, and expertise in FP&A, accounting, compliance, and strategic finance.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Finance, owning Finance topics end-to-end in a high-growth environment (ideally B2B SaaS or tech)
- Proven track record building and scaling Finance teams with a strong hiring judgment and role design
- Genuine AI-first mindset, not just 'open to AI' but someone who has the ability to adapt workflows to effectively leverage AI and brings that instinct into how they lead a Finance function
- Strong expertise across FP&A, accounting oversight, compliance, and strategic finance
