Plancraft is seeking a Sales Manager to build their presence in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will develop relationships with Dutch customers, co-create a local sales approach, and turn early learnings into scalable success.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or a customer-facing commercial role
• A consultative mindset and genuine interest in understanding customer needs and workflows
• Comfort working in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with professional English skills for internal collaboration
• Willingness to spend time onboarding with the team in Hamburg
• Hands-on sales work and contributing ideas that support sustainable growth
