Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is responsible for assisting the General Manager with managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the gym, including supervising staff, managing finances, and promoting the company's philosophy and mission.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Previous customer service, sales, and/or gym/fitness experience preferred
- Good understanding of business application programs including Microsoft Office
