Job Description
The Fitness Trainer will design individualized exercise programs for members, lead small group sessions, and provide regressions, progressions, or alternate exercises for members with medical or movement limitations.
Requirements
- Certifications from one or more of the following NCCA accredited programs: ACE, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, ISSA, NSCA, AFFA, or NSPA
- Currently CPR certified
- Excellent understanding of Life Fitness, Matrix, and/or Precor specific strength and cardio equipment
