Job Description
The Service Desk Associate is responsible for service desk administration, membership sales, and overall cleanliness of the facility and equipment. They provide excellent customer service to members and non-members, and must maintain excellent relationships.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy
