As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll translate business requirements into technology solutions, work as a liaison between Business and IT, and provide technical support for system administrators.

Requirements

• Gathers, defines, and documents complex business systems requirements and processes
• Determines, documents, and communicates the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate
• Evaluates, prioritizes, and manages user acceptance testing and data validation
• Assists team in planning and installing system enhancements or new system developments
• Works with the IT department to follow change management guidelines
• Develops communications plan and training materials to improve adoption process and technology changes
