Planet AE seeks a Facilities Management Engineer with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to implement a Facilities Management project on-site at a client's location, providing engineering consulting services.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or other positive sciences
- At least 8 years of general professional experience
- At least 5 years of specialized experience in services for project maturation and assignment, project management or technical project supervision, or services for project maturation or assignment or monitoring or management of building facilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Technical documentation, organization, consistency in procedures and reporting
- Ability to take initiatives and interact as a member of a complex and high-specification team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and program activities for effective achievement of goals and commitment to delivering reliable results within the specified deadlines
- Experience in a public procurement environment (keeping procedures, receiving, documentation)
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders
