Job Description
Planet Technologies is looking for an Organizational Change Management Program Manager to support impactful projects that make a difference for the country. The role will involve driving effective and efficient adoption of enterprise-wide change, specifically with Copilot adoption across Federal organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise OCM or digital transformation efforts associated with the Microsoft 365 technology suite, ideally within Federal agencies or government organizations.
- Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise-wide rollout programs with structured change plans, timelines, and measurement frameworks ideally with Microsoft Copilot
- PROSCI certification and Experience conducting user research and post implementation assessments.
- Previous team leadership experience and the ability to drive to successful project completion within timelines and budgets to client expectations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills that thrive in fast paced, complex, and mission driven environments.
- Ability to work onsite in the DC Metro Area as needed.
