Job Description
We are looking for a Senior NPI Engineering Manager to develop, lead, and execute our assembly, integration, and test processes for our next generation of satellites. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of manufacturing development experience, 4+ years of management experience, and excellent SolidWorks skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of manufacturing development experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience managing complex, interdisciplinary manufacturing processes
- Excellent SolidWorks skills
- Experience with inventory management processes
- Experience building clear and effective schedules for production planning
- Organized approach to project management and task planning & tracking
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, integration, and test
- Ability to learn new engineering concepts quickly
- Experience implementing successful continuous improvement processes
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring others
