Implementation Consultant

Planful is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver exceptional customer outcomes during the onboarding and deployment of the Planful platform. The role requires a blend of technical aptitude, financial acumen, and consultative customer engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or related domains
• Prior consulting or professional services experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience implementing financial systems, EPM/FPM platforms, or complex business applications is strongly preferred
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and product best practices
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior-level customer executives
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
