Job Description
The Assistant Maintenance Manager supports the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily maintenance operations at a residential or multifamily property.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine and emergency repairs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using work order systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license; EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
