Job Description
Planned Companies is hiring a Concierge Weekend to provide welcoming experiences to tenants, guests, and vendors. The Concierge will develop relationships with tenants, schedule reservations, plan events, and provide direction and referrals. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
