Planned Companies is hiring a Lead Front Desk Concierge for a luxury residential building in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming experience for tenants, guests, and vendors, scheduling reservations, planning events, and offering personalized services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire to provide a warm and welcoming hello
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
