Job Description
Residential and commercial property owners are looking for friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services.
Requirements
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
