Job Description
Provide routine security and safety patrol, verify access credentials, and monitor surveillance cameras to ensure peace of mind and effective response to challenges at residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license
- Clean/Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or Guard
- Knowledge of local, regional, and state legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Experience with Closed Circuit (CCTV) surveillance systems
- Training in First Aid, Basis Life Saving (BLS) and self-defense
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
- A High School diploma
