Job Description
Centralized Follow Up Assistant provides patient follow up management and affiliate health services in accordance with Planned Parenthood policies, protocols, and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an OB/GYN-related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience with any Planned Parenthood affiliate strongly preferred
- Prior experience with remote/telehealth work strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and information technology strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
