Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fundamental member of our health center operations and clinical support team, providing essential assistance to maximize center flow, patient satisfaction, and safety of PPHP's services. The role involves front desk functions, electronic health record management, patient education, and laboratory services.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited high school program or equivalent required
• Further education, training, and/or certification preferred
• Previous professional experience with the provision of family planning services preferred
• Previous medical laboratory and/or counseling experience desirable
• Knowledge of basic principles of patient care and of duties and responsibilities of HCA I position
