We are seeking a Health Care Assistant - Bilingual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential assistance to maximize center flow, patient satisfaction, and safety of services. The role involves administrative and clinical tasks, including front desk functions, patient assessment, laboratory services, and education.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited high school program or equivalent
- Further education, training, and/or certification preferred
- Previous professional experience with family planning services preferred
- Previous medical laboratory and/or counseling experience desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail
- Skilled in verbal and written communications in English
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours, and to work at other PPHP Centers, as needed
