Medical Assistant I - Los Angeles, CA

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking a Medical Assistant I to work full-time at our Koreatown Health Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and customer service skills, with a minimum of one to two years of experience in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include performing medical assistant front and back office functions, assisting patients with testing and education, and providing non-judgmental and empathetic education and communication on options for patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• At least one to two years experience in a clinical setting
