Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Payroll Associate Director to oversee biweekly payroll processing and full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. The role will supervise payroll and AP staff, review payroll for accuracy, prepare labor and payroll analytics, and develop standard AP reporting. The Associate Director will also partner with HR and the payroll vendor to improve automation and maximize ADP functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting and payroll experience
- Prior supervisory experience
