Job Description
Under medical supervision, provides medical and pelvic examinations for assessing general health and eligibility for contraception, pregnancy, and therapeutic assistance for infections and disorders. Provides educational and training services to staff and clients.
Requirements
- Graduation from a formal and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program such as Ob/Gyn Womenās Health Care or Family Planning Nurse Practitioner Program plus New York State Licensure.
- Graduation from a formal and accredited Physician Assistant program plus New York State Licensure.
- Graduation from a formal and accredited Nurse Midwifery program plus New York State Licensure.
- Minimum of a Bachelorās degree
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification
