Job Description
Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our Clinical Services team for a full-time 37.5 hour work week. This position will be based at our Hempstead, NY health center. The Patient Care Associate will be responsible for patient intake in the clinic and front desk, obtaining complete medical history, and providing education about human sexuality, family planning, and general health education.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
- Superior customer service and teamwork skills
- Flexibility in work schedule including non-consecutive workdays, evenings or Saturdays
